Development of new wines, reconstituted wines, substitutes for wine and beverages by the incorporation of various battery of extracts derived from wood, grape bagasse, grapes; as well as the development of new natural extracts for food use, with antioxidant and/or preservative activity, from co-products of the activity of the companies involved in the project. Feasibility will be studied to incorporate the resulting extracts into other industries of food, livestock, fertilizer and cosmetic sectors.
